How many times have you read testimonials on a site and thought to yourself sab sale fake hain?
It’s no different for your customers who read the testimonials on your website.
So what’s the fix?
I don’t know!
But here’s an example worth imitating!

It has the usual elements that everyone knows to make a testimonial look at least valid
- Name
- Photo
- Position
- Company
But… it has something else… that makes it a killer worth imitating.
There’s the standard format
- What was the biggest problem that the user was facing before using
- How did reference solve it?
Of course, some copywriter has touched up the words to make sure that it feels coherent and natural on the website,
Or maybe the entire testimonial is just thought up by the writer.
No way to be sure!
You can bet the next time I won’t ask customers for testimonials.
Instead, ask them
- What was the biggest problem that they were facing before they found us?
- And how then we solve that?
